The objective of this training unit is to understand how to read and understand the manufacturer's product data sheet and the importance of using the product within these guidelines.

Lesson 7 - Paint Mixing

Objective

The objective of this training lesson is to understand the importance of mixing paints, both one-part and two-part, and material handling.

Lesson 8 - Dry Film Thickness

DRY FILM THICKNESS THIN FILM INTUMESCENT COATINGS

Objective

The objective of this training unit is to review dry film thickness and thin film intumescent application problems.

We will also review application problems with thin-film intumescent coatings.

Lesson 9 - Quality Control

QUALITY CONTROL PAINT MATERIALS

Objective

The objective of this training lesson is to understand the quality control process and procedures to be adopted for spray painting, specific environmental conditions, and wet and dry film thickness.

Lesson 10 - Practical Assessment

Objective

The objective of this training Lesson is to gain an insight into the Practical Assessment that is conducted as part of the QCA Certification.
