Objective:

The objective of this training unit is to gain a thorough understanding of the airless spray unit requirements for pre-preparation, set-up, testing and shut-down procedures

A qualified and experienced spray painter does not just apply coatings by spray equipment. Other important aspects of the occupation include:

  • Pre-inspection of equipment.
  • Setting up equipment ready for use.
  • Conducting essential tests prior to spray painting.
  • Shutting down equipment, cleaning and storage.
